Salary Increase for Government Employees: Rs 28,000 Bonus and Wage Revision Announced for this PSU Workers

On Sunday, October 31, the central government declared that it will execute a salary revision for employees of the state-owned enterprise Manganese Ore India Limited, or MOIL. In addition, the Centre has announced that it will pay a Rs 28,000 incentive to Manganese Ore India Limited employees before Diwali, which falls on November 4. The announcements were made by Nitin Gadkari, Minister of Road Transport and Highways, and Ramchandra Prasad Singh, Union Minister of Steel, during an event in Nagpur on October 31. The ministers were speaking to the crowd during the inauguration of the second Vertical Shaft, the Chikla Mine, and other facilities.

"In a major development, Shri Nitin Gadkari, Hon'ble Minister for Road Transport & Highways, and Shri Ram Chandra Prasad Singh, Hon'ble Minister of Steel, Government of India announced the approval of the wage revision of MOIL workers in a gala function organized at Nagpur on 31st October 2021," the Press Information Bureau of India said in a release.
